- The email address used for your purchase (Pro users)
- Your LexiFont version (bottom of Settings page)
- Your browser & version (Chrome 124, Edge 123, etc.)
- The URL where the issue happens, if applicable
- A screenshot if something looks visually wrong
Accessibility office / school licenses
LexiFont offers free or heavily discounted licenses to schools, libraries and accessibility offices. Email hello@lexifont.com from your institutional address and we'll set you up within a day.
